Spode Blue Room Collection Plates

A collection of thirteen Spode Blue Room Collection plates. These blue and white china plates feature an underglaze print designed from a hand engraved copper plate. They are marked Spode, made in England, and include the first introduction date. Plates include (1) Spode ‘Floral’ c 1830, (2) Spode ‘Warwick Vase’ c 1834, and (3) ‘Portland Vase’ c 1832. Plates also include (1) ‘Rural Scenes’ c 1882, (2) ‘Continental Views’ c 1844, (1) ‘Byron Groups’ c 1835, (1) ‘Greek’ c 1806, and (2) ‘Seasons’ c 1837.

Condition

- chipped edge on “Continental Views” plate; one repaired chipped edge.
