An etching with color aquatint by Luigi Kasimir (1881-1962). This piece portrays a view of Karlskirche in Vienna from down the street in a realistic style. The color appears to have been applied using an ‘A la poupée’ intaglio technique. It is signed in graphite by the artist to the lower center. It is presented behind a mat with gold tone liner and glass in a wood frame and is wired for hanging.

Condition

- some foxing apparent on paper, chips missing from frame, wear to finish, rip in backing paper.
