An original oil painting on canvas signed to the lower right by American artist Jimmy Yellowhair, circa 1988. The image depicts a Southwestern landscape with spectacular geological formations across the horizon and a shallow river flowing through the terrain. A Native American man on horseback, holding a rifle, wades through the river. This painting is mounted in a beveled wood frame with a linen interior border and a natural stained finish, equipped to hang. A certificate of authenticity is attached to the verso.

Condition

- light accretion on painting and frame. Frame is nicked in several areas, and lightly worn around edges and corners.
