Charles Burdick Oil Painting on Board of a Bull
Item Details
An oil painting on board of a bull by Charles Burdick (b. 1924). Signed by hand to the lower left corner, the painting depicts a bull in a charging stance. The painting is mounted under a single layer of red matting and presented in a black wood frame. A wire for hanging purposes and a framer’s decal are present to verso. Burdick studied at Rhode Island School of Design and is best known for his paintings of animals in motion.
Condition
- dust to frame; minor wear to frame finish; painting would merit from a cleaning.
