Item Details

An acrylic painting on canvas titled Field VIII by contemporary artist Anson Holzer, created in 2006. This work features three black spindly stems, two of which have abstract red flowers in the shape of splatters. The flowers are suspended against a cloudy gray background. The painting is signed with the artist’s initials to the lower right. The artist’s name, date, and title are handwritten to the verso. The stretched canvas remains unframed.

Condition

- some wear, scratches and stains along black edges; 3 one-inch size holes in canvas reinforced with tape to verso; stains to verso.
