A 1980 commemorative plate for the Moscow Olympics by Scherzer. This decorative plate contains a male figure handing off the torch to a female figure in a robe. They are surrounded by a field of blue and famous architecture with an Olympic flag and figural depictions of sports. They have Greek key trim. A hook is featured to reverse.
