Victorian Influenced Double Arm Chaise Lounge

Item Details

A Victorian influenced double arm chaise lounge. This chaise features two rolled arms with an exposed wooden frame. The frame features a great deal of carvings, including scrolls, acanthus leaves, and claw feet. The upholstery is done in a paisley pattern to the seat and arms and a plaid pattern to the exterior of the arms. The textiles show colors predominately in red with gold, green, blue and ivory, and is attached to the wooden frame with brass nail heads. There are also two decorative accent pillows in shades of ivory and cream with fringe edges. There are no visible maker’s marks.

Condition

Condition is consistent with age and shows slight scuffs and scratches to the wood, upholstery shows no real signs of markings.
