Class Rings Including Balfour and Jostens
Item Details
A pair of 10K yellow gold class rings. The first ring is by Balfour and features a seal flanked by two numbers on either side that together read the year 1943. The interior of the shank has been engraved with the initials ‘RYF’. The second ring is by Jostens and features a central synthetic ruby bordered by the school name, ‘New Britain High School’. One shoulder is marked ‘NBHS’ while the other has the year ‘1972’. More pictographic marks appear further down the shoulders, while the shank has ornamental ridging and the engraved initials ‘TAM’.
