Item Details
An acrylic painting on canvas of an apple in a landscape by P. Eschelbach, created in 1996. This work features a close view of a half eaten apple lying on a gray ground. A flat green field recedes into the distance and a blue and purple sky hovers above. The lower third of the painting features a rough textural surface, while smooth brushstrokes fill the rest of the composition. The work is signed and dated to the lower right; it is presented in a white wood frame. A descriptive label is present to the verso.
