An original acrylic painting on canvas signed to the lower right by artist Phyllis Demong, titled New England Easter. The image depicts a Folk-style rendering of rural farmland during the spring thaw, snow drifts lingering in sparse patches across the land. Farmhouses are scattered across the muted green fields, dwarfed by the immense, mountainous hills rising above them, under the infinitely blue sky. This painting is mounted in a beveled wood frame with a brown finish, equipped to hang. The verso is signed and titled by the artist.
