A mahogany mirror-back fireplace mantel with blind fretwork accents. The mantel features a rectangular top above an oval mirror and an open shelf. The mirror is flanked by blind-fretwork bands and the tops of the pilasters are carved with four-point star motifs. The pilasters continue to molded feet centered by a rectangular, hearth opening.
