A Chinese Rose Medallion Style vase. This vase displays an elaborate design featuring hand painted images of a figural scene to one side and a lush garden with a bird and dragonflies to the other. The scenes are bordered with intricate detailing of fret patterns, along with floral and fauna motifs through out, in vibrant paint and enamel work. The vase is marked to the underside with Chinese characters.
