An offset lithograph on paper after a painting by listed American artist W.S. Dawson. The image, titled Skipjack at Annapolis, depicts a mid-century maritime cityscape of Annapolis, Maryland. The foreground shows the historic Chesapeake Bay fishing boat, the Stanley Norman, moored to a pier. The print is signed in graphite to the lower right; it is additionally signed in plate to the lower left and titled to the center. It is double matted in blue and white and presented under glass in a wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
Condition
- slight wear to frame finish; small tear to frame’s paper backing.
