30.25" W x 20" H Vintage Louis XV Style Gilt and Gesso Frame
Item Details
A vintage Louis XV style gilt and gesso frame. This frame features an elaborate undulating design of scrolling heraldic acanthus motifs punctuating the corners and centers of each side. Two stepped liners feature running stylized egg-and-dart molding and a running chain molding closest to the sight edge.
Condition
- small chips throughout edges and molding; scratches and discoloration throughout; small cracks throughout especially along edges; minor stains and discoloration throughout.

40.5" W x 30.25" H x 2.5" D
- measures entire frame; rabbet size measures approximately 30.25" W x 20" H.
