"Francis I" Sterling Silver Tea Service by Reed and Barton

Item Details

A five-piece sterling silver tea service in the pattern Francis I by Reed and Barton, manufactured from 1950-1957. The hand chased pattern is Baroque in style with lavish floral and foliate flourishes. The set comprises; the large waiter tray, coffee pot with hinged lid, teapot with hinged lid, covered sugar pot and creamer. The set is not monogrammed. The approximate total weight of the entire set is 261.04 ozt including precious and non-precious materials.

Condition

The set (exception of the tray) has been stored in the individual tarnish resistance bags. There are minor scuffs and scratches, consistent with age and gentle use.

Dimensions

The measurements refer to the size of the tray. The coffee pot is 10" high, the teapot 8" high, the sugar 7" high and the creamer 6" high.

The approximate total weight of the entire set is 261.04 ozt including precious and non-precious materials.
