Royal Worcester Figurine "The Bather Surprised"
Item Details
A Royal Worcester figurine titled The Bather Surprised c 1932. The partially gilded figurine of Salmacis was modeled by Sir Thomas Brock and then modeled by George Evans after the original, in a smaller size. It is a partially draped female figure leaning on a tree. Royal Worcester maker’s mark to the underside, numbered ‘486’.
