A framed watercolor and ink sketch of the Marina Towers in Chicago. The two corncob-shaped buildings dominate the background of the piece, framed by Chicago’s downtown skyline. The work is signed ‘Ivan’ in the lower left. It is presented under glass with a cream mat and purple liner in a stained wooden frame. The frame includes a hanging wire on the verso.
