Antique Italian Rococo Revival Style California King Size Bed With Bedding

Item Details

A late 19th to early 20th century Italian Rococo Revival style California king size bed with bedding. This bed was created from two twin beds and features an elaborately carved headboard with dentil molding, carved acanthus leaf accents, and palmette trim. The double-arched foot board is topped with carved acanthus leaves and fish-scale trim while the panels are bordered with carved-foliate motifs and dentil molding. The piece rests upon bun feet. The bed comes with a reversible comforter with floral motifs to one side and a plaid pattern to the other. Also included are a matching bed skirt and two pillow shams.
