A watercolor and gouache painting on paper of architecture by Fritz Dockert. Signed by hand and dated 1950 to the lower right corner, the watercolor depicts a large house with elaborate gardens being tended to by figures. Mounted under a single layer of cream matting, the piece is presented under glass in a gold tone wood frame. Hanging hardware is present to the verso.
