Theresa Disney Acrylic On Wood Panel Figures in Clouds

An acrylic painting on wood panel by St. Louis artist Theresa Disney (born 1965). This graphically-styled painting depicts two women in long colorful dresses sitting on a cloud in the starry night sky while holding on to a lightning bolt. A third woman flies through the sky above them. A wood panel frame has been incorporated into the piece with painted polka dots and dancing skeletons in the lower corners. A painted wood banner across the top reads ‘Create’. The piece is signed by the artist to the lower right corner of the framing piece. There is wire affixed to the verso for hanging.
