A 1992 limited edition Modernist bronze sculpture by listed California artist John D. Jagger titled Lemur. The piece depicts an openwork metal lemur, shown crouched on all four legs with its long tail curled and raised in the air. The sculpture includes textured details throughout to suggest the presence of fur. The work is signed ‘Jagger ’92’ in the mold to one of the figure’s rear legs, where it is additionally numbered out of an edition of 100.
