Item Details
A limited edition embossed etching with aquatint by artist Elgi D., titled Doves of Peace. This print on paper depicts a Middle Eastern townscape that is surrounded by a vibrant, patterned layering of doves filled with foliate and Hebrew lettered motifs. Surrounding the composition are embossed feathers forming what appears to be a bird. To the lower margins is a handwritten title, artist signature and print edition, listed 125 of 200. The print is presented under glass beneath a dual-layered mat in a stained wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

- brown spotting to margins of composition appear to be intentional; paper backing torn to edges.
