The clock is wood and veneer with a mahogany finish and features a Napoleans Cap style with a curved bonnet and a gold tone bezel with a white face, black Roman numerals and hands. Other features include a wood base with dentil molding, a hinged back door, winding key and it stands on gold tone bun feet.

- light surface scratches consistent with use, winds up and keeps time, chimes every fifteen minutes and plays song on the hour
