An oil painting of an abstract composition by artist Carl Gacono. This painting depicts a Jackson Pollock inspired layering of yellow, ochre, steel blue, cream, crimson and black pigment in spattered and swirling brush strokes. To the lower margins is an artist signature. The painted canvas is wrapped over a wooden stretcher with hanging wire to the verso.
