A vintage watercolor painting of school children at the shore. The work features a depiction of a school boy with a fishing spear standing on a rocky shoreline with a girl and boy picking mushrooms behind him and a seagull flying overhead rendered in a naturalistic palette with blue undertones. The work is signed ‘B.H.D. 1921’ to the lower right corner and presented in a gold mat, gold painted wood frame, and under glass.
