Item Details
A hand-knotted Bijar-style wool carpet runner. The rug features three evenly spaced floral medallions on an indigo lozenge, placed on a deep indigo field; the rug has an overall floral herati pattern in scarlet, pinks, shades of blue and taupe. The rug has compound spandrels in burgundy and light blue and a stylized turtle border in salmon, indigo, and light blue on a burgundy ground. Natural cotton fringe to both ends. Unsigned.
