Handmade Red Piggy Bank and Bird Sculptures
Item Details
A collection of three handmade sculptures in red. This ceramic piggy bank sculpture has a round shape with a loop handle at the top and four thin tapered legs, and is painted with a pattern of blue flowers, yellow sunbursts and white dots. The piece has a slot, but no ready means of accessing the interior, and has no apparent marks. The two smaller figurines depict stylized birds, with pyramidal wood bodies and heads and copper tails and feet; both birds are marked ‘GW104817’.
