Oval Brilliant Cut Glass Serving Tray

Item Details

An oval brilliant cut glass serving tray in the style of the American Brilliant Period running from 1876-1916; characterized by fine craftsmanship, ornate geometric designs, and deep angular cuts which catch and reflect the light. The tray has a scalloped sawtooth rim and displays a modified Hobstar pattern with Cane and crosshatch detailing. The pattern is enhanced with curved deep ‘V’ grooves to the base. Unmarked by the maker.
