Item Details
A power-loomed Afghan Bokhara-style wool area rug. This rug is a remnant of a once larger rug. Rendered in a palette of cinnamon, taupe, camel, gold, ivory, and black, the rug features a classic Afghan Bokhara lattice design consisting of four rows of elephant’s foot guls interspersed with Chemche bow and arrow guls over a camel-colored field. Framing the field are approximately sixteen borders containing geometric patterns in the palette colors. The rug has serged edges, finishing at one end with applied cotton fringe. Unlabeled.
