Large Vintage Austrian Neo Classical Charger Plate with Marking
Item Details
A large vintage Austrian charger with neo-classical scene. This hand painted plate features a central scene of Hephaistos giving armor to Achilles; surrounded by a cobalt blue rim with gold-gilt accents. Marked to the verso with a shield mark, tilted to resemble the beehive mark on Royal Vienna; with numbers 38/2505-27.
