Item Details
A pair of vintage romance and comedy novels. Included are the eighth edition of For the Soul of Rafael by Marah Ellis Ryan, published in 1909 by A.C. McClurg & Co. of Chicago, and the first edition of Don’t Tell Alfred by Nancy Mitford, published in 1960 by Harper & Brothers of New York. Both hardbound books are presented in a pressed cloth cover with inlay details.
Condition
- For the Soul of Rafael has loose interior photo, some damage to cover, cap, and tail, shaken spine, somewhat loose hinges, and page toning; Don’t Tell Alfred has discoloration and wear spotting to cover, slight toning to pages.
