A pair of offset lithographs after artwork made for Maryland’s annual Waterfowl Fest, of pintail ducks by wildlife painter Art LaMay (born 1938). Included in this selection is a limited edition print of The Imposter, which was used in a poster for the 1999 Waterfowl Fest and depicts a group of pintail ducks joined by a toppled-over decoy. This print is signed in plate and is signed and numbered 72/600 by hand to the lower right corner, and is presented in a red and tan frame behind acrylic glass and a double mat, with a wire and notation reading ‘Waterfowl Fest November 9, 2007 East MD.’ Also included is Ten Pins, depicting a stacked cluster of ducks, titled to the lower margin, and signed in plate to the lower right along with an inscription in ink. This piece is mounted behind a triple mat in a white frame with a wire for hanging.
