A 1920s ‘The American Game’ manufactured by Hustler Toys, Sterling, Illinois. This colorful lithographed metal and wood baseball game has a playing field that depicts vintage players on its board. The rules to play this game are listed on a tin plate on the backside. There are a pair of scoring dials affixed to the playing field. A metal cylinder on top has a spinning button that when pushed gives the results of each play. The game retains ten original wood player pegs that fit into the slots for each team. With bold and rich colors, this antique baseball game is in working and functional condition.
