A gouache painting on paper after a detail from the 1512 oil painting on canvas titled Sistine Madonna by Raphael. This depicts a young putto with vibrant wings, resting his head and arms on a ledge, with a mottled sky behind him. This work is signed illegibly in the right and presented mounted to a woven backing. This is mounted under glass with a linen lined mat and gold tone liner in a painted wooden frame that is wired for hanging.
