This piece depicts a street in the Montmartre district of Paris, with windmills and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica rising in the distance. The piece is signed ‘Michel Delacroix, Paris’ in plate to the lower left and is double-matted in gray and off-white. It is presented behind glass in a white wooden frame with a wire for hanging.
