A hand-tufted pictorial area rug by Oopsy Daisy. This wool rug depicts a map of the world, including the names of selected regions, continents, oceans, and countries. In addition to landmasses and oceans, pictorial elements include a shark, a killer whale, monkeys, ships, a castle, a reindeer, the Eiffel Tower, and other images. The palette is cerulean, fuchsia, pastel yellow, ivory, and celadon. Framing the map is a single border, with a different design on each side of the field. The rug is labeled on the reverse.
