A pair of vintage design-related books. The first is The 27 Chicago Designers Annual, the 28th edition of 1971, bound in paperback. It showcases the works of 27 Chicago-based graphic designers, mostly in the field of advertising. The second volume is Architectural Rendering by Albert O. Halse, published 1960 by McGraw-Hill and bound in a blue cloth hardcover. It is a how-to book on architectural drawing, copiously illustrated with examples of such drawings.
Condition
- minor cover wear to top and bottom of the spine of “Architectural Rendering”, and stamps from previous owner “Systems Research Laboratories” to the same volume.
Dimensions
- both volumes together, as if on a shelf.
