An assortment of Gold and Silver Age comics. This collection contains thirteen comics from various series including Howard the Duck #5 (Marvel, Sept. 1976), Classics Illustrated Junior #520 (Nov. 1955), Four Color featuring Oswald the Rabbit #549, Heroic Comics #65 (March 1951), Fight the Enemy #1 (Tower, Oct. 1966), Fear #5 (Marvel, Nov. 1971), and Love Letters (Quality, March 1951), and more. The majority of the comics are loose save for the issues of Fight the Enemy and Howard the Duck which are held in protective plastic sleeves.
Condition
- to poor; various degrees of moderate to very heavy wear to the spines and covers of the comics; some page yellowing; immense damage to cover and cover page of Little Lulu; extreme damage to issue of Love Letters with the comic beginning to disintegrate; pen mark to covers of Fight the Enemy, Henry and Fear; a fourth of the back cover fo New Heroic Comics has been removed; top of the cover for Classics Illustrated Junior is missing; bent corner on the back cover for Oswald the Rabbit; damaged pages on many of the comics; the issues of Fight the Enemy and Howard the Duck are protected from further wear by being held in plastic sleeves.
