A pair of lithograph portraits by Thomas McKenney and James Hall. These are from History of The Indian Tribes of North America, a three-volume biography encyclopedia published by Rice, Rutter & Co. Included are plate number 98 Pocahontas, and number 103 No-Tin: A Chippewa Chief. These works are presented with warm toned cream mats, under glass, in black wooden frames, wired for hanging.

Condition

- some minor discoloration; pierced backing paper; No-Tin has slight water damage to the bottom of the backing paper; sticker residue to the glass of Pocahontas.
