A collection of three black and white analog photographs on paper of snowy scenes by artist Don Werner (1929-2010). The photographs feature a snowy street scene; signed in graphite to the lower right of matting. The image of stairs covered in snow; signed in graphite to the lower right of the mat. And an abstracted defoliated tree; unsigned. This photographs are presented within white matting.

Donald Lewis Werner was an American photographer, painter, and graphic designer born in Fresno, California in 1929. He studied at Fresno State College with Adolf and Ella Odorfer and Jane Gale. He was in Who’s Who in American Art and exhibited work at Gallery 1984, the Fresno Art Museum, the National Arts Club, and the American Museum of Natural History. His works can be found in various collections including the Smithsonian Institute and the Fresno Art Museum.
