Antique Chinese Bronze Mirror

Item Details

An antique Chinese bronze mirror. The mirror has a raised central boss surrounded by concentric rings of embossed designs. Decorating the mirror are depictions of fantastical animals, geometric forms, and Chinese characters, and stylized cloud forms. The reverse displays a flat polished surface. A double red cord, not original to the mirror, is laced through the central boss. 1938.0295
