Late Qing Reproduction of Shang Dynasty Bo Bell

A Chinese late Qing dynasty (1644-1911) reproduction of a Shang dynasty style metal bo ritual bell. The bell is crafted in an archaic style with spike-like protrusions, an oracle bone script inscription, and a double-headed dragon-form hook. The bell is presented on a carved wooden stand and wooden mallet.
