Item Details
A set of six Indo-Persian inspired gouache paintings on paper and resin. Featured are two portraits of robed male figures with ceremonial weapons, as well as three miniature paintings on resin of male figures in ceremonial attire and hats after the style of the Ottoman Empire. The set also includes an illustration of eight robed figures drinking and conversing in a festive setting. The six unsigned works are presented framed together under glass in a yellow and black wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
Condition
- tears to edges of individual paper works; warping to resin items; scratching and edge wear throughout frame; one frame bumper missing to verso.
