A complete set of Blessings From a Chinese Garden porcelain collector plates from Imperial Jingdezhen. The six plates are titled ‘The Gift of Grace’ (1989), ‘The Gift of Truth’ (1990), ‘The Gift of Purity’ (1989), ‘The Gift of Happiness’ (1989), ‘The Gift of Beauty’ (1989), and ‘The Gift of Joy’ (1990). Each was designed by Zhang Song Mao and feature birds perched among blooming flowers. Each has extensive Chinese printed inscriptions on the undersides.
