Antique Seth Thomas Mantle Clock

Item Details

An antique Seth Thomas mantle clock. This clock features a mahogany stained wooden case with two burl panels directly below the clock face. The face is white in color and features pewter tone numerical markers with matching openwork minute and hour hands. The face is protected under a brass frame glass door. A wooden door at the back clock opens to reveal a piece of paper with operation instructions. An adhesive label to underside reads ‘Chime 52 Seth Thomas Clock Co. Thomaston, Conn.’.

Condition

- veneer has chipped off the top on the back side. Clock does not run. Discoloration of metal on glass door and one clock face. Scratches on case throughout.
