A pair of oil paintings on canvas. Included in this selection is a study after In the Meadow, a work by French Impressionist Auguste Renoir (1841-1919). This loosely-rendered painting depicts a pair of young women sitting in tall grasses at the edge of an open field. This piece, on stretched canvas, is unsigned and unframed. Also included is a work depicting a family gathered around a table, listening to a man tell an animated story. This work, captured in blue and earth tones, is painted on unstretched canvas and is unsigned. It is not framed.
