Antique Hand Knotted Persian Sarouk Accent Rug

Item Details

An antique hand knotted Persian Sarouk accent rug. The rug has a large crenelated cream colored medallion over a burnt orange field. The medallion is decorated with floral and foliate motifs in umber, sage, scarlet, and blue. The field is bordered by a meandering blossom and plamette border with indigo ground. The rug terminates in a closely cropped cotton warp fringe.
