A hand-knotted Bokhara accent rug. This wool Turkmen rug is rendered in a palette of cinnamon and black, with four highly contrasting red hexagons in the center of the field. It features an infinity pattern beginning with a vertical row of guls interspersed with partial guls on each side. Framing the field are multiple narrow borders over cinnamon, featuring abstract repeating motifs. At the top and bottom of the rug, are a single horizontal panel featuring a lattice pattern. Selvedges are overcast, the rug finishing at either end with cotton warp fringe. It is unlabeled.
