A late Qing dynasty Chinese nephrite and sterling silver butterfly hairpin. The hairpin features an articulated butterfly ornament with carved nephrite wings and body over cloisonné brass flowers. the decorative elements are affixed to a sterling silver pin. Total weight, inclusive of all materials: 0.749 ozt. 1938.044
