Ornate Chinoiserie Tall Cupboard

An ornate Chinoiserie tall cupboard. This item features a curved crest with hanging carved brackets. The top section features a carved scroll and pierced carvings with drop finials, flanked by pillars with ornately carved, gold-painted dragons; storage for an included altar cloth is present to this shelf. The center section features similar pierced carvings and an intricate front gallery; a leaf pulls out from the front of this section. The base features two dovetailed drawers with inset pulls and mother-of-pearl floral ornamentation; below is a shelf with pierced and carved trim, flanked by two cabinet doors with similar floral design. The piece is complete in a deep red rosewood stain.
